_ Delivery Information _

We prepare each ZAPOTA hair accessory with great care. Every piece is handcrafted to order in our Paris atelier using couture techniques. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Because each accessory is made individually and never rushed, please allow approximately 4–5 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline ensures your piece is created with the artistry, precision, and attention it deserves.

After production, your order is shipped from Paris to London, where it is dispatched to UK customers.

_ UK Shipping _

We ship directly to your UK address with tracked delivery at a flat rate of £7 per shipment.

_ Returns Policy _

We hope you love your ZAPOTA piece. If you would like to return an item, our policy is set out below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing customercare@zapotahair.com.

Returns must be sent via tracked and recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.


Zapota Hair does not accept carriage due, payment on delivery, or responsibility for return shipping costs. We are unable to refund parcels that are lost, missing, or damaged in transit.

We accept returns or exchanges on unused items that are returned in their original condition, with the ZAPOTA tag firmly attached, and accompanied by the completed Returns Form included in your package.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank processing times may vary).

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.

_ Non‑Returnable Items _

Customised & Made‑to‑Order Items

Please note that customised, personalised, or made‑to‑order items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes any piece featuring bespoke embroidery, added gemstones, or any modification requested by the customer. These items are exempt from cancellation and return rights under English law unless they are faulty.

Hair Accessories crafted with Hair

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on the Hampstead Hairband.
An exception will only be made if the item is faulty, unfit for purpose, or incorrect.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

We do not ship outside the UK and Europe at this time.
