The item I want is sold out, is it coming back?

Our items are exclusively sourced and produced. Sometimes collections are only available in small quantities or are limited edition, meaning they are often limited in stock. The majority of our pieces do return in the future.

How do I apply a discount code?

Sometimes we offer discount codes to use on our site. To redeem, please select the shopping bag icon on the top right-hand side of the page once you have your items in the basket. Then you can enter the discount code and select ‘Apply’. If the code you are using is valid, it will automatically apply to your shopping bag.

How can I return an item for an exchange or refund?

You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 30 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring the tags and labels are still attached.

Please note that due to health and safety reason we do not accept return and refunds on the following products : The Hampstead Hairband. We will only make exceptions in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item was purchased. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
